Well ... I've been so busy losing my marbles that I've actually forgot to lose a marble!

On the 4th of July we went to a friends place out in the country to celebrate and be with good people.  Before the sun set, I lost a marble under his bridge, which spans a section behind his house for when the water comes rushing through to a creek.

On March 31, 2008, I lost a marble in Ed Sone's backyard.  #7 went underneath a mid-sized live oak.

Ed and Kay are wildlife rehabers and this is a hawk currently under rehabilitation.
I counted 19 deer as they gathered around the feeding area, rear our 4-Runner.

On March 28, 2008, and before heading to Austin, TX to visit friends, Arlene and I stopped at my favorite drive-thru coffee shop.  I lost marble #6 right at the drive-in window.

On Good Friday, March 21, 2008, Arlene and I went to our good friend's house for a crawfish boil.  Love those mudbugs!  After a couple of beers and a few pounds of crawfish, I lost another marble!  Marble #5 went into the water at the end of their little peninsula.

Arlene and I went to the Nursery Festival on March 15, 2008, in Forest Hills, LA, just a little south of Alexandria.  By nursery, I mean plants!  This area of Louisiana is infested with nurseries!  While bringing back our purchases, I lost a marble next to a small tree next to the railroad tracks next to HWY 165.

4 marbles lost, 496 to go!

I went to a conference in New Orleans and on March 5th, I lost a marble in the Mississippi River off the Riverwalk.  3 down, 497 to go!
This is the Riverwalk to the left of where I lost my marble.
This is the I-10 bridge spanning the Mississippi River to the right of where I lost my marble.  The big marble is somwhere inbetween.
